Accessibility Statement

We are committed to making our website accessible, in accordance with the Barrierefreiheitsgesetz (BaFG) in the currently valid version for the implementation of the EU Accessibility Directive (2019/882).

This accessibility statement applies to the website www.privatklinik-confraternitaet.at.

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with Conformance Level AA of the “Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.1” and the applicable European standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03), due to the non-compliances and exemptions listed below.

Non-accessible content

1. Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations

There are currently the following known limitations to the usability of the website:

  • With sliders, there are limitations in terms of operability with the keyboard.
  • On landing pages, there is no option to skip the navigation (bypass block menu).
  • There may still be isolated deficiencies in the labeling of headings, in the use of meaningful link texts, in the labeling of foreign-language words or in the provision of alternative texts for informative images (decorative images do not require alt text).

Incompatibilities with the accessibility regulations are corrected on an ongoing basis.

2. The content is not within the scope of the applicable legislation

  • Older content that is not accessible (e.g. videos, PDFs) is available on this website. As these were published before June 28, 2025, they are exempt from the requirements of the Barrierefreiheitsgesetz.
  • We use third-party services on this website to offer certain online services (e.g. appointment scheduling/booking software Care01, job portal jobs.mavie.cloud/job application software eRecruiter, map/Google Map). For these services, we cannot make any statement on compatibility with accessibility regulations. They are exempt from the requirements of the Barrierefreiheitsgesetz.
We are commited to consider the accessibility of the tools offered on the market as a selection criterion for new online services.
